We currently ship in the U.S & APO/FPO

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification by email. This email will be sent to the address you used when you placed the order and will include a tracking number.

APO/FPO Info: All APO/FPO packages will be shipped via USPS for quicker shipping time, but if shipping cost is higher than the normal rate I will reach out via email to allow you the option for an invoice of the difference in shipping cost or use a alternate shipping company to our best discretion. If no response within 3 days we will send via alternate shipping company.

When will my order ship?

All made to order items have a turn around time of 7-15 business days (this turnaround time is subject to change, please refer to our announcement bar at the top of the website for the most up to date TAT)  We do not include weekends in the business day week.

I put in the wrong address, what do I do?

If an address is entered incorrectly on your order, please contact at infinityapparekids@gmail.com as soon as possible so that a correction can be made. If the order has not shipped, we can make the necessary changes. We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped and are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If the order is returned to us due to wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

You can change your saved addresses at any time by updating your account information.
